How do you use your pentatonic scales? If you're like most of us,
it's a pretty thoughtless shred through some old blues or rock
licks. And I bet that they really had some emotion and feeling to
them at some point, but once you've played them 1,000+ times, the
feeling really starts to fade.

That doesn't have to mean that your pentatonic scales are useless
though. You can still take them and breathe new life into them.
The key (as always) is taking control back from your fingers and
really intentionally targeting what you play with what you want
to hear.
