Alright. So you've got it down. You've intentionally sawed the
time out of your schedule to sit down and regularly practice. You
know it's not going to be too short, but it's also not long
enough to be unfocused. It's the goldilocks amount of time: just
right. You're focused, you're ready, you're plugged in...
Now what?
Do you know what to practice? You need to have that planned out
before you sit down, otherwise you'll just flounder around and
the time will be wasted. Well today's video lays out a very
simple, yet very effective, way to approach practice material.
Essentially, it can be broken down into 3 main categories that
you hit each time you practice. Once you have these general ideas
in mind to help you focus, I think you'll find that the specific
details just fall into place.
