Soloing can be hard. There are a lot of things to consider--
tones, timing, scales to use. And on top of that, many people
claim that it should be an effortless exercise where you don't
need to think and you just need to feel!
If you're already struggling with what to play, that's not very
helpful advice! In today's video, we're looking at how to modify
the minor pentatonic shape that everyone knows. By adding some
chord tones, you can easily transform it into sounding much more
personal to the song you're playing without much work. You'll see
what I'm talking about in the video!
