Setting up your ANVIZ Time Clock requires an interaction between your Time Clock and Cloud Software. First, we’ll begin in the Cloud, then we’ll finish with the Time Clock. Please check settings of the following steps:
1.Create your cloud account
a.Register a CrossChex Cloud account at us.crosschexcloud.com.You can visit

Steps to add cloud account:
i.Open your browser and visit
https://us.crosschexcloud.com
ii.Click Sign Up for a new account.
iii.Fill the e-mail and password fields.
iv.Click Register.
Note: When you login for the first time, CrossChex Cloud will forward you to the pre-settings page. Fill them correctly and Click Confirm to complete.

2.You will need a Company ID and Password before adding CX7/CX2 time clock to your account
a.Company ID is the necessary parameter during the setting of your device connecting to your CrossChex Cloud account.
b.You can find the Company ID and Password under the Settings category after logging into your CrossChex Cloud.
3.Make sure you have a stable internet
a.The CX7/CX2 allows you to connect to the Internet via LAN or Wi-Fi. No matter which method you select please make sure it can access to a stable internet, you may also need to verify with your IT department.If you have issue with network connection,please visit
