Sziasztok,
többek kérésére a pofonegyszerű Márton napi sós ropogós:
•30 dkg liszt
•15 dkg tejföl
•15 dkg vaj
•1 tk.só
Hozzávalókat összegyúrjuk, 2 órára hűtőbe tesszük, utána 3 gombócra osztva olyan vékonyra nyújtjuk, amennyire lehet (egy tepsinyire)
Sütőpapíron felvágjuk, tojással megkenjük, tetejére sajt/szezám v. chiamag.
200 fokon hamar megsül.
